By using Auto Image Studio, you agree to these Terms of Service provided by Hildreth Technology.
2. Eligibility
You must have authority to use the app and to record and distribute content related to vehicles and dealership listings.
3. App Purpose
Auto Image Studio is intended to support recording, trimming, optimizing, validating, exporting, saving, and sharing vehicle walkaround videos.
4. Subscription Billing
Subscription billing is managed through Google Play and subject to Google Play billing terms.
5. 7-Day Free Trial
Eligible users may receive a 7-day free trial based on Google Play offer eligibility.
6. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date through Google Play.
7. Cancellation Through Google Play
Users can manage and cancel subscriptions in Google Play account subscription settings.
8. Refund Handling Through Google Play
Refund requests are handled under Google Play policies and processes.
9. User Ownership of Videos
Users retain ownership of their recorded vehicle videos.
10. User Responsibility for Recorded Content
Users are responsible for ensuring they have permission to record and distribute video content, including any people, property, trademarks, or dealership assets that appear in recordings.
11. Vehicle and Dealership Information
Users are responsible for the accuracy and legal use of VINs, stock numbers, and other dealership-related information entered into projects.
12. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with services, attempt unauthorized access, or violate applicable law through app use.
13. Intellectual Property
The Auto Image Studio application, branding, and associated materials are the intellectual property of Hildreth Technology or its licensors.
14. Export Profiles and Marketplace Compatibility
Auto Image Studio includes export profiles intended to support common dealership workflows and marketplace specifications.
15. No Guarantee of Third-Party Acceptance
Export validation does not guarantee acceptance by a third-party website or marketplace, and Hildreth Technology does not guarantee every dealer website or marketplace will accept every export.
16. Availability and Service Changes
Hildreth Technology may update app features and supported export profiles, or modify availability, at any time.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
Auto Image Studio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hildreth Technology is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.
19. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hildreth Technology from claims arising from your content, your use of the app, or your violation of these terms.
20. Termination
Hildreth Technology may suspend or terminate access where appropriate, including for violations of these terms.
21. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction determined by Hildreth Technology operations and legal requirements.
22. Changes to the Terms
Hildreth Technology may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised terms.
