Auto Image Studio is designed to help automobile dealers create, trim, optimize, validate, and export vehicle walkaround videos from an Android device. This policy explains what information is processed, where it is stored, and how it is used.

2. Information Users Provide

Users may enter vehicle and project details, including:

• VIN
• Stock number
• Vehicle year
• Make
• Model
• Trim
• Display title
• Internal notes

3. Video and Audio Recordings

Auto Image Studio records vehicle walkaround video and microphone audio when a user creates a recording. Vehicle videos remain under the user’s control.

4. Camera Permission

Camera permission is requested and used only to record vehicle videos in the app.

5. Microphone Permission

Microphone permission is requested and used only to capture audio during vehicle-video recording.

6. Local Storage and Media Access

Project information, source recordings, and generated exports are stored on the user’s device. The app accesses local media files to support review, trim, export, validation, save, and share actions selected by the user.

7. Internet Access

Internet access may be used for app functionality that depends on online services, such as Google Play subscription services. Videos are not uploaded to Hildreth Technology servers unless that functionality is added in the future and this policy is updated first.

8. Subscription and Purchase Information

Auto Image Studio offers subscriptions managed through Google Play Billing. Subscription status is used to enable or restrict subscription features within the app.

9. Google Play Billing

Subscription payments are processed by Google Play. Hildreth Technology does not receive or store payment-card information.

10. Device Information

The app may process basic device context required for operation, such as Android media and file handling behavior, in order to provide recording, export, and playback functions on the device.

11. Diagnostic Information

At this time, Hildreth Technology does not claim analytics collection, advertising trackers, crash-reporting services, cloud-storage user accounts, or location tracking in Auto Image Studio.

12. How Information Is Used

Information is used to:

• Create and manage vehicle video projects
• Record, review, trim, optimize, and validate videos
• Export files in supported profile formats
• Support subscription entitlement checks through Google Play

13. Local Data Storage

Project information and media files are stored locally on the user’s device unless the user explicitly chooses to save, upload, or share them using device or third-party tools.

14. Data Sharing

Auto Image Studio does not sell personal information. Hildreth Technology does not share vehicle-project information or videos from local storage unless sharing functionality is used by the user.

15. Third-Party Services

The app relies on Google Play for subscription billing and subscription management. Third-party services used by a user for sharing or upload are controlled by the user and governed by those services’ own terms and privacy policies.

16. Data Retention

Local project and video data remains on the device until modified or deleted by the user, or removed when the app is uninstalled, subject to Android and device storage behavior.

17. Data Deletion Requests

Users can delete local project data and recordings from their device. Users may request assistance with data questions at support@autoimagestudio.com.

18. Security

Hildreth Technology uses reasonable safeguards in app design to support local data handling. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed as fully secure.

19. Children’s Privacy

Auto Image Studio is intended for professional dealership use and is not directed to children under 13.

20. User Rights

Users control local project and media data on their devices and can manage permissions through Android settings. Subscription management is available through Google Play.

21. Changes to This Policy

Hildreth Technology may update this Privacy Policy as app features evolve. If material changes are made, an updated policy date will be posted.
